Who handles your data
Early Sounds S.r.l., VAT 08999371217, is the controller of the information sent through this contact form. You can contact us about your data through the contact form, choosing “Privacy” as the subject.
What we collect and why
The form collects your email address, subject and message so we can answer questions about records, orders and the label. These fields are required to submit a request; you can choose not to use the form. Please do not include sensitive information or payment details. Sending a message does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Legal bases
For enquiries about an order or a possible purchase, processing is necessary to take steps at your request or perform a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For other correspondence and protection against abuse, the legitimate interests are responding to enquiries and keeping the service secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Providers and international processing
Formspree, Inc. receives and stores submissions and forwards them to our business mailbox. Its service also processes technical information such as IP address, browser and referring website. Google reCAPTCHA v2 verifies requests to prevent automated abuse; it can process device, network and interaction data and uses a security cookie. These providers may process data outside the EEA, including the United States. Formspree states that it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses as a processor. Read Formspree’s privacy policy, its security information, Google’s privacy policy and Google’s terms for their practices and safeguards. Website hosting and email providers also process technical data needed to deliver the service.
How long we keep messages
We retain correspondence for the time needed to handle the request and any resulting relationship. Where applicable, we keep records longer to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Storage in Formspree depends on the account’s retention settings; copies delivered to our mailbox are separate.
Your rights
Where applicable, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Use the contact form with “Privacy” as the subject. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority. The form does not make decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects.
